Madina Teflon Tape
Madina Teflon tape can help ensure that threaded connections come together smoothly as well as preventing leaks. It’s known technically as PTFE (Poly Tetra Fluoro Ethylene), silky in texture and being strong in tension, it breaks in a stringy manner. It’s coating process can add these unique attributes to carbon steel, stainless steel, steel alloys, aluminum, brass, and magnesium, as well as non-metallic surfaces such as glass, fiberglass, plastics, and some rubber materials.

Nonstick: almost no substances will permanently adhere to Madina Teflon Tape.
Thickness: Madina Teflon Tape has a thickness of 0.08 mm – 0.01 mm.
Low Coefficient of Friction: Madina Teflon Tape has the third-lowest coefficient of friction of any known solid material.
No wetting: Madina Teflon Tape repels both water and oils.
Heat Resistance: Madina Teflon Tape coatings can operate continuously at temperatures as high as 370°C (700°F).
Electrical: Madina Teflon Tape offers high dielectric strength and other unique electrical properties.
Cryogenic Stability: Madina Teflon Tape coatings can withstand temperatures as low as -270°C (-454°F).
Chemical Resistance: Madina Teflon Tape is completely resistant to all but a very few chemicals.
Density: Madina Teflon Tape has a density of 0.15g/cm3 – 0.35g/cm3.
